3. Your on777 Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on on777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers or different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being reviewed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If your contact number, email or payment details change, update them in your account profile promptly.

Your on777 account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility to keep secure. Do not share them with anyone. on777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. • Accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell or allow another person to use your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

on777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and supported debit/credit cards — process funds directly in PKR. There is no foreign currency conversion applied to deposits made through these channels.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your name. on777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment source not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be held pending verification and returned if the source cannot be confirmed.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Deposits credited to your on777 account are for gaming and betting purposes on the platform only.
• on777 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of on777's control.
• If a deposit does not credit to your account within the expected timeframe, contact on777 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on on777 are processed in PKR. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance — that is, your total balance minus any amounts still subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses — at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where possible. on777 applies this policy to maintain payment security and prevent misuse of the platform.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the on777 payments team. Standard processing time is within 24–72 hours of the request being approved, depending on the payment channel.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Players may opt out of a bonus at any time before completing the wagering requirement. Doing so will forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated from that bonus.
• on777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, on777 will honour reasonable play completed up to that point.
• Bonuses are intended for single use per player. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms and will result in account action.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The on777 Sports Betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, domestic competitions and test matches), Football, Esports and other available markets. By placing a bet on on777, you accept the specific rules of the sport and market in question alongside these general Terms.

Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet unless the bet is declared void. on777 reserves the right to void bets in cases including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, incomplete matches abandoned without a result, or events that are the subject of integrity investigations.

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled by the player, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific market.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• on777 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for individual players or specific markets at its discretion, including for players identified as consistently high-value winners on specific events.
• For Cricket, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement rules specific to that match format apply as displayed in the relevant market rules.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your on777 account balance in PKR within a short period of settlement.

8. Casino Games and Live Casino

The on777 Game Lobby and Live Casino operate using certified random number generation (RNG) and live dealer systems provided by on777's game suppliers. All game outcomes are determined by these systems and are independent of any prior results. on777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
